ROTC Support

The Air & Space Forces Association (AFA) Wright Memorial Chapter (WMCproudly supports the Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) cadet programs throughout Southwest Ohio, helping to develop the next generation of leaders while connecting local students with the Air and Space Forces. The ROTC is a leadership program for college students interested in earning a commission and entering the active-duty Air or Space Force, as an officer, after completing a bachelor’s or master’s degree. ROTC instructs students in military heritage, the development of air and space power, military ethics, drill and ceremonies, communication, human relations, and leadership theory and techniques.
