Air Masters Program
The Air Masters Program is an aviation-focused STEM competition that inspires high school students to design innovative solutions to real-world aerospace and aviation challenges. The program encourages creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving while helping students explore future careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Teams from area high schools work together to research, design, and present their concepts to a panel of industry professionals. The competition promotes teamwork and critical thinking, reflecting the innovation and excellence that define our nation’s Air and Space Forces.
Air Masters Support
The Air and Space Forces Association Wright Memorial Chapter (AFA WMC) proudly supports the Air Camp Inc. Air Masters Program as part of our commitment to advancing STEM education and strengthening ties between the community, industry, and the U.S. Air Force mission.
Our ongoing involvement includes:
- Program Sponsorship: Providing financial support and organizational resources to help sustain and expand the competition each year.
- Mentorship and Outreach: Engaging with students, educators, and mentors to guide teams in developing creative and technically sound aviation solutions.
- Community and Industry Collaboration: Partnering with schools, local organizations, and aerospace industry leaders to promote awareness and participation in STEM-focused programs.
- STEM Advocacy: Supporting initiatives that inspire the next generation of innovators, engineers, and leaders in aerospace and defense.
